dear anonymous, i vote no. as a hobby and preoccupation i find it continually fascinating. everyone does it or wants to do it or does it with themselves and the motivations and behaviours are boggling. so intellectual or not i will continue the slippery slope of sex :) and thanks for reading the blog.
